Fully furnished studio includes a queen bed and a fold down couch, kitchen with stove, fridge, coffee maker and microwave, air conditioning, 40″ smart TV, newly renovated bathroom, Wifi, and access to the shared courtyard with grills and furniture. **(6) total units makes NBR a great place for larger gatherings!!!
The Space:
We have renovated a condominiumized motel that consists of studio rooms with a common courtyard. The space is great for family and friend gatherings as everyone is able to enjoy the beach, surrounding fun and courtyard together while still having their own space. (Sorry we don’t have any efficiency condos with adjoining doors)
Guest Access:
You will have full access to your studio unit which includes a kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave; all dishes and utensils are included. Each studio has its own bathroom with towels provided. Bedding is also provided.
The courtyard is for use by all guests and has 2 grills, 2 fire pits, picnic tables with umbrellas, chairs and a rinse station for sandy feet and toys. In the back of the units, you will find a clothesline and outdoor shower which you are also welcomed to use.
