We have eliminated the hassle of needing to check in and pick up keys. Prior to your arrival you will be sent a 4 digit code that you will use during your stay to enter your studio. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the door handle to unlock. No need to stop in anywhere or pick up any keys.
We ask that when guests depart that they take care of any dirty dishes and that all recycling and garbage is placed in the large garbage cans at the end of the courtyard by the parking lot. We also ask that guests place any used bedding in the provided laundry bag and any used towels on the shower floor.
Yes they certainly are. We believe being on vacation means relaxing and that means not having to make beds upon your arrival. In addition to the bed linen (sheets, blanket and pillows) we also provide:
- (4) bath towels, (2) washcloths, (1) hand towel and (1) dish towel.
Yes, in addition to the typical kitchen items (dishes, pots, pans, cutting board, strainer, utensils etc.) you will also find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil.
We currently handle all of our bookings and payment through Airbnb. Should you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
There is 1 parking spot with each studio, there is no additional parking. There are rare occasions where a guest may not need their parking spot and we can have another guest use it, but again this is not typical. Should you be in need of an extra parking space please make sure to reach out and we can check if one is available. Please do not show up with more than one vehicle without checking with us.
Glendon Road Beach, a quaint beach with restrooms, is right at the end of the street. Just a 4-5 minute walk. If you are looking for a larger beach West Dennis beach is 2.5 miles away has restrooms and a snack bar, there is a fee for parking.
Yes, in the courtyard is a Beach Box where we keep extra beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. These items are available for all guests so they are a first come, first serve basis.
